OWNER & HEALTH COACH

Raman Magay, Functional Nutrition Practitioner

Raman Magay

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION PRACTITIONER

Raman Magay is a Boston-based Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Women's Wellness Educator with more than 10 years of experience in the wellness field. She is passionate about helping clients uncover the root causes of their symptoms through a personalized, lab-based approach that combines advanced functional testing, detailed health history, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.

As a Master Restorative Wellness Practitioner, Raman specializes in interpreting functional laboratory testing, including gut, hormone, blood chemistry, environmental toxin, and food sensitivity assessments, to identify the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to chronic symptoms. Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, she works with clients to create practical, individualized plans that support long-term healing and resilience.

Raman's approach is both educational and empowering. She believes that understanding why symptoms develop is an important part of the healing process, and she enjoys helping clients connect the dots between their health history, lifestyle, and lab findings so they can make informed decisions about their well-being.

In addition to her advanced training in functional nutrition, Raman is a Board-Certified Structural Integration Practitioner, certified Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer. Her diverse background allows her to appreciate the many interconnected factors that influence health and to meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and a whole-person perspective.

Whether someone is navigating digestive concerns, hormone imbalances, fatigue, hair loss, metabolic challenges, or simply wants to optimize their health, Raman's goal is the same: to help restore strength from the inside out so clients can feel more resilient, energized, and confident in their bodies.
