Your Gut’s Been Through It—
Now It’s Time to Rebuild from the Inside Out
A 6-month clinical nutrition and herbalism coaching & consulting program for folks dealing with IBS, SIBO, Celiac, bloating, and more—designed to calm your gut, clarify your care, and support long-term relief.
Gut healing isn’t about “just avoiding certain foods.”
If you're dealing with IBS, SIBO, Celiac, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or chronic gut inflammation—real healing asks for more than a restrictive diet and wishful thinking.
This work goes beyond symptom suppression. It’s about understanding and addressing the real drivers underneath your digestive chaos:
Microbiome imbalances & gut motility
Food reactions & leaky gut
Nervous system dysregulation & vagus nerve tone
Immune triggers, inflammation, and trauma patterns
Your body’s actual bandwidth for healing
If you’ve ever been told:
“Just take probiotics and cut out gluten…” but you're still bloated, uncomfortable, or confused—this is for you.
Bone Deep 1:1 Coaching Program for Digestive Resilience:
A 6-month coaching and consulting container to help you:
Calm bloating, gas, and gut pain (without obsessing over every bite)
Address root causes like SIBO, sluggish motility, or gut-immune dysfunction
Support your nervous system and digestion as a connected whole
Build meals, routines, and rhythms that support healing without perfectionism
This isn’t about jumping from protocol to protocol or cutting out more foods until there’s nothing left.
It’s about mapping a sustainable plan that restores function, builds resilience, and works with your life.
With nearly a decade of experience in complex and sensitive digestive cases, I help you find clarity, simplify the process, and create a plan that’s personalized, flexible, and root-cause focused.
“The best part about working with Andrea is feeling her support and care as well as her brilliant insights. I really trust her.”
“This was the most helpful, comprehensive health care experience I have ever had.”
“Andrea is great at accommodating your every need and is fast at responding when you have a question.”

“This experience stands out as empowering and non-judgemental. I have had so many care experiences where I felt judged or rushed into something I didn't feel good about or ready for. When speaking with Andie I felt fully in control of my own care and timing. The conversation helped me stay grounded in knowing that care is a practice and a process. This isn't a quick fix kind of care - this is deep, soothing, nourishing and healing work. I am so grateful.”
What’s Included:
FOUNDATIONAL CARE & SUPPORT
The Bone Deep
Big Picture Plan
This is your personalized, co-created care plan. It includes nutrition, herbs, lifestyle rhythms, nervous system support, and pacing—adapted to your capacity and lived experience.
The plan evolves as your needs shift. It’s not a static protocol—it’s a layered, flexible framework that honors your real life and healing process.
Private 1:1
Sessions
You’ll receive 10 private sessions over 6 months (1 intake + 9 follow-ups).
We meet every 2–3 weeks to track progress, review your plan, and adjust strategies in real time.
This is where we collaborate on your next steps, celebrate shifts, and navigate any challenges together.
Unlimited Messaging & Voice Support
You’ll have secure chat and voice-note access to me Monday through Friday in the client portal for quick questions, symptom updates, flare support, or emotional check-ins.
No more waiting for your next session to get help—you’re held throughout the process.
PROGRESS MONITORING & TRACKING
Weekly Check-Ins & Support
Each week, you’ll complete a check-in form tracking digestion, energy, mood, and other significant symptom markers. I’ll review and respond with personalized feedback—written or voice-note—so you stay supported between sessions.
We’ll also review your overall progress together during live sessions to keep things flexible and aligned.
Functional Lab Review & Test Guidance
If you have past labs—like a stool test, DUTCH hormone panel, thyroid panel, mycotoxin test, or other bloodwork—I’ll help you review them through a nutritional and lifestyle lens.
We’ll look for patterns and insights—like nutrient gaps, digestion markers, or signs of immune or stress load—that can guide your care plan. If additional testing might be helpful, we’ll talk about it—but, no pressure to test if you’d rather work from symptoms.
Nutrient Analysis & Report of Findings
We’ll review your nutrition, exploring both macronutrients (protein, fat, carbs, fiber) and micronutrient density to support your energy, metabolism, immune system, and nervous system.
Food journaling is always optional. If you have a history of disordered eating or prefer not to, we’ll find another way to check in on nourishment. I also use a variety of titrated food journaling techniques we can pull from - 24 hour recall, 3-day food journals, and more.
NUTRITION & NOURISHMENT SUPPORT
Personalized Food Foundations
We’ll start by building a clear, doable food foundation based on your current needs and goals.
You’ll receive simple guides and tools to make your plan actionable—not overwhelming.
This might include:
Education on your customized dietary approach (I have experience with many therapeutic dietary modalities, such as AIP, Low Histamine, Mediterranean, FODMAP free, gluten-free, vegetarian, classic elimination, and many more)
Product swaps and substitutions to reduce decision fatigue
Meal planning and prep strategies for your energy and capacity
Reintroduction guidance (if applicable) when it’s time to expand foods
Meal Rhythms & Blood Sugar Support
We’ll work together on meal timing, frequency, and structure to help stabilize energy, reduce crashes, and support digestion. Depending on your needs, this might include:
Snack and meal timing strategies
Meal formulas and templates
Support for hunger signals, pacing, and nervous system steadiness
For those who need it, we can discuss more advanced ways of monitoring blood sugar balance, such as Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), or regular blood sugar testing, such as insulin, HgA1c, and glucose.
Therapeutic Recipe Support
Each month, you'll receive therapeutic recipes tailored to your current phase.
Recipes include grocery lists, batch prep tips, and substitutions for food sensitivities or preferences.
We’ll carefully choose recipes that match your cooking ability and lifestyle, whether you prefer instant pot meals, one-sheet pan dinners, simple meal prep options, or recipes with minimal ingredients. The goal is to make healthy eating accessible and sustainable for your unique situation.
BOTANICAL & SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT
Herbal Care &
Custom Formulations
We’ll explore herbal options to support your body’s unique needs—whether that’s calming inflammation, improving digestion, supporting immune recovery, balancing stress responses, or building resilience.
Sometimes that means a custom-blended formula tailored specifically to your needs. Other times, it might be a trusted pre-made formulation that fits your case and saves you time or cost.
All herbal support is optional and consent-based—we’ll choose what feels helpful, safe, and doable together.
Supplement Review & Guidance
We’ll review any supplements you’re already taking—or those sitting in your “supplement graveyard”—to see what’s worth keeping, what might actually help, and what you can skip.
When new supplements are helpful, I’ll offer professional-grade recommendations—but this is never a sales funnel.
You’ll also get a 15% discount on recommended products if you choose to use them.
Flower Essences for Emotional Resilience
Flower essences are available for clients who resonate with emotional and energetic plant support. These remedies can help with themes like boundary setting, emotional grounding, grief, or stress resilience.
They’re gentle, non-invasive tools that work on the emotional and energetic level—not the physical body—and are always optional, collaborative, and based on your comfort.
This is for you if…
You’ve been diagnosed with IBS, SIBO, Celiac, or have chronic bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or gut pain
You’re tired of cutting out foods only to keep feeling worse
You want to understand why your digestion is off, not just address symptoms
You’ve tried “all the things” and still feel stuck, sensitive, or confused
You’re ready for a care plan that’s smart, supportive, and human—not rigid or overwhelming

Camille
“I am someone who knows a lot about the systems of the body, supplements, health, diet and lifestyle. Because of that, I have found that some alternative practitioners don't have much to offer me, even those functional medicine or naturopathic doctors who charge hundreds of dollars per session. When I see Andrea, I always learn more and get the support I am seeking, which is to be taken deeper into understanding the bigger picture and imbalances that are playing out. She has a unique and insightful way of seeing the systems of the body and of health in a way I haven't found in many practitioners.”
