My Favorite HerbalisM / WELLNESS COMPANIES

01

Herb Pharm Tinctures

I love Herb Pharm for its focus on supporting ecosystems through herbal farming and ethical sourcing.

A few favorites include Head Soother, Herbs on the Go: Not Now Nausea (a go-to for us when traveling), Bittersweet - Better Bitters (a classic blend to stimulate those digestive juices), and Nervous System Tonic (a formula I live off in the summertime - just add a squirt to mineral water with some lemon or lime juice, and voila - delicious, chill mocktail!)

02

Four Sigmatic Mushrooms

I love Four Sigmatic because they make mushrooms accessible - and mushrooms are just magical (and delicious)!

A few favorites include the Mushroom Hot Cacao with Reishi (for a sense of chill) and the Mushroom Hot Cacao with Cordyceps (to support adrenal health). I’ve never had coffee, but I’ve also heard great things about the Mushroom Coffee with Cordyceps and Chaga, so you can enjoy coffee without the crashes (and while supporting adrenal health).

Seedlip Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

I am a big fan of mocktails, which is why I love Seedlip's distilled non-alcoholic spirits.

Their botanical blends are free of sugar and artificial flavors, tasty, and an indulgent way to drink your herbs.

Gaia Herbs

I love Gaia Herbs for their quality and balanced formulas.

A few favorites include the Daily Liver Formula (balanced blend and a must pre- & post-partying…), Gas and Bloating Capsules (all that fennel in this formula is great for GI motility as well as relieving spasmodic pains), and Calm Restore (a blend of some of my absolute favorite nervous system herbs - skullcap, vervain, holy basil, etc - in a well-balanced, non-drowsy formula).

05

Organic India

I love Organic India because their teas are delicious and I respect their mission and the way they support farmers.

A few favorites include…all their teas! Each tea has tulsi (holy basil) in it, which is a lovely, gentle adaptogenic herb and nervine: Tulsi Tea Peppermint is my partner’s favorite, though mine is either Tulsi Tea Moringa, Tulsi Sleep, or just the original Tulsi Tea!

Hilma

I love Hilma because its herbal formulas undergo clinical testing!

A few favorites include Indoor/Outdoor Support (a support for sinus passages…especially in pollen-heavy spring), Immune Support (a daily vitamin, mineral, herbal combo-packet to help build the immune system), and Upset Stomach Relief (a lovely blend that includes GI soothing herbs to settle stomach troubles like nausea, burping or an acid-feeling after eating).
